⚠️ IMPORTANT: Get the Best Experience!
While you can play Dead Pixel directly in your browser, please note that the WebGL version has certain technical limitations. Some lighting effects and high-end graphics may not render correctly due to browser constraints.
For the full atmosphere, best graphics, and smoothest performance, I highly recommend downloading the Windows (.exe) version below!
- Web Version: Great for a quick preview or test.
- Windows Version: Recommended for full visual quality, stable lighting, and the best FPS

"This wasn't meant to be a horror game."
In 1984, Poğaça Studios engineers were working on a simple Pac-Man demake for early 8-bit systems. However, due to irreversible data corruption on the original floppy disks and unexplained source code glitches, the project mutated into something unrecognizable.
What you are looking at is no longer a game; it is the fragmented remains of a dying software.
🔍 PROJECT STATUS:
- Subject: Blue_Fragment.sys (The last stable string of code remaining)
- Environment: The Digital Void (What remains of the original maze)
- Threat Level: CRITICAL (Corrupted data packets seeking to overwrite your code)
⚠️ WARNING:
This software is in a highly corrupted state. Any visual anomalies or structural deviations from the original Pac-Man design are deliberate consequences of the system's collapse. Find the exit before the source code is permanently deleted.
"RUN. BEFORE THE SYSTEM REBOOTS."
READ; Even though this game is a corrupted version of Pac-Man, you might notice it doesn't look like the original. This is a deliberate design choice made to avoid copyright issues and to reflect the 'corrupted' state of the code.
This game was made for Demake Jam 2026.
